Registrar's Office
The Registrar’s office handles undergraduate course registration, maintains academic records, issues student grade reports and transcripts and confirms eligibility to receive degrees.
Dining Services
Aramark Collegiate Hospitality, 51³Ô¹Ï’s food services provider, manages all on-campus dining, retail, catering, and athletic concessions. Visit the official .
Alvernia Bookstore
provides the products and services to support the academic curriculum and campus life at the university. Whether you’re in need of a new notebook, a new sweatshirt or a simple snack, we’re here for you - conveniently located just steps away from class.
IT Support
The IT Help Desk serves as the central point of contact for all Information Technology (IT) support for the 51³Ô¹Ï community, providing solutions to computing problems involving the University network, accounts, assets, applications and other technology items. The IT Help Desk is in the 51³Ô¹Ï Franco Library and available for Walk-in service for students during Help Desk operating hours.
Franco Library

Public Safety
Alvernia's Public Safety Officers are on campus 24 hours a day, seven days a week to protect and serve our students. The Public Safety Office is located on the first floor of the Franco Library and can be contacted by phone at 610.796.8350 or email at george.smith@alvernia.edu.

This second annual TExpL Conference will bring together educators, practitioners, and community partners to explore how meaningful learning experiences can connect students with authentic challenges, real-world contexts, and opportunities for contribution.
Grounded in the principles of Total Experience Learning (TExpL), the conference will showcase practical approaches to inquiry-driven, experiential, and community-connected learning. Through presentations, workshops, and collaborative discussions, participants will discover strategies for designing learning experiences that extend beyond the classroom and engage students in meaningful work alongside community and industry partners.
Presented by educators completing the TExpL Graduate Certificate, featured sessions offer practical, classroom-tested examples that can be adapted across grade levels and disciplines.
